The Garden Courts
The concept of the Garden Courts is to create a shared outdoor space for a block of single-family homes. Our designs have created a pleasing miniature neighborhood with homes that are unique and adorned with delightful details. The houses complement each other but are very different, and have that old street feel that cannot be found in tract homes and row houses. Because the houses face a garden court instead of the street, the homeowner experiences the garden instead of the traffic, where neighbors become friends.
